Your Sunday recap
Once a week, on Sunday, Nudge sends one short message: how many times it nudged you, how many of those you marked done, and what’s coming up in the week ahead. It’s meant to be a quick look back, not a guilt trip. Turn it off any time with /recap off.
How it works
- Start the bot. Open @HallHouseNudgeBot in Telegram and tap Start.
- Tell it your time zone once, so nudges arrive at the right local time. Change it later with
/tz. - Send reminders in plain words, like “in 2 hours move the laundry” or “Friday at 4 call the vet.”
- Tap Done or snooze when the nudge arrives: ✅ Done, ⏰ +1 hour or 🌙 Tomorrow. Use
/listto see what’s coming up and/cancelto drop one.
Privacy in one line
Your messages are read by a rule-based parser on our server and are never sent to an AI service or any third party for analysis. Read the full Nudge privacy policy.
FAQ
Do I need to install anything?
No. Nudge runs inside Telegram on your phone, computer or the web. Open @HallHouseNudgeBot and tap Start. There's no account beyond Telegram.
Can reminders repeat?
Nudge is built for one-off reminders right now, like “in 2 hours check the oven” or “Friday at 4 call the vet.” Repeating reminders aren’t part of the free version.
What does it store?
Your Telegram chat ID and first name, the time zone you give it, your reminders, and whether you tapped Done or snoozed each nudge (for the Sunday recap). Finished reminders and delivery history are deleted after 90 days, and /delete confirm erases everything right away.
Is it free?
Yes. Nudge is free to use on Telegram.
